Hardwick Estate Agents is delighted to announce that Claire Hardwick has joined the business, strengthening the growing team and the Poole-based agency’s focus on friendly, personal service.

Claire joins her husband David Hardwick, founder and owner of Hardwick Estate Agents, and will be responsible for residential sales, including valuations, viewings, negotiations, offers and support throughout the sales progression process.

With 13 years’ experience in the residential property sector, Claire previously held the role of Associate Director at a large local Estate Agents, bringing a wealth of knowledge alongside expertise in customer care.

David Hardwick, owner of Hardwick Estate Agents, said: “Claire brings a huge amount of experience, particularly when it comes to looking after clients and making the whole process as smooth as possible.”

David launched Hardwick Estate Agents 18 months ago and has seen steady growth based on his local property knowledge and decades of experience.
David added: “We’re now at a point where the business can grow. In order to keep that personal touch, I needed Claire to come on board. Clients like knowing exactly who they’re dealing with, and that sense of continuity is vital.”
